DBL Industries PLC celebrated the 48th anniversary of the Victory Day Of Bangladesh in Ethiopia
DBL Industries PLC, Ethiopia, a concern of DBL Group has celebrated the 48th anniversary of the Victory Day of Bangladesh to commemorate the martyrs of the war for independence through a daylong program which has helped to imbue the people of Ethiopia with the prolific history, culture, and the spirit of the War of Liberation of Bangladesh. The celebration began with a colorful parade of the Bangladeshi and Ethiopian employees and they rallied for 3.5 kilometers and reached the factory complex to place the wreaths at the memorial statue. The national anthem of Bangladesh was played while the national flags of Bangladesh and Ethiopia were being hoisted. The Bangladeshi expatriate employees took part in the Victory Day Cricket Tournament, Ha-Du-Du, and Cock Fight, which were enjoyed by the huge local audience and attendants with much relish. Additional General Manager, Pijush Kanti Dey, the Senior Manager, Shafiqul Islam, the Assistant General Manager, Abul Kalam Azad, the General Manager, Libelo G/slassie, the Deputy Administrative Officer of Quiha Sub-city, Adani and other Local Govt. administrative officers were present during the celebrations.
